Hi Beth, I am not a doctor or even a dermatologist but, obviously you are having some sensitivity issues with your skin. Some people just have higher sensitivities than others. I would first pay a visit to the dermatologist and see what he/she would recommend. If you can identify the ingredient that is causing the sensitivity obviously, you would stay away from that particular ingredient. Since that may be difficult to determine, you are doing the right thing by just trying different ones to see what will irritate your skin. Try to get samples or try the testers before you buy the product first so, you are not spending so much while you are trying to find the right one for you. Stick with the brands that claim to be hypo-allergenic. I am confident that you will find something that you can use. For makeup, try mineral makeup powders. They were created for sensitive skin and usually don't cause reactions. Good luck and I hope this helps. Teresa
MY QUESTION:
My face always itches whenever any product is put on it. I have tried makeup made from rice rather than corn. My face still itched. I have tried different toners and moisturizers for sensitive skin. But my face still itched. Today I tried a moisturizer with .5% aspirin (in hopes of numbness) in it. My face still itched. What's going on?
